What the Evidence Shows
Donnie Wahlberg and Will Estes previously worked together on the long-running police drama Blue Bloods. Following that series, Wahlberg transitioned to starring in Boston Blue, while Estes did not join the main cast of the new show as a regular series star. Television reporting and network announcements clarify that Estes only reprises his former role as Jamie Reagan for guest appearances and special crossover episodes during the second season. Characterizing both actors as starring together implies an ongoing co-starring arrangement on Boston Blue that does not exist in the show's regular lineup.tvline.comtvline.comBoston Blue Season 2 Cast Will Estes Jamie Reagan Return Blue Bloods CbsThe TVLine Report & Casting News: Entertainment outlet TVLine extensively reported on the casting crossovers between Blue Bloods and Boston Blue Specifically, TVLine confirmed that Will Estes—who played Jamie Reagan alongside Donnie...
